The other day I saw a man parked in double rows on a nearly Bassett St., opening the door, it killed a cyclist ... I've seen him rant against her because she was on the road and not on the bike path ... The Lord was definitely wrong
(arrogance has no limits really), but - I wonder - the lady was surely right? If there is a cycle track cyclists we are "required", "forced" or simply "invited" to take it?
Dario says that however the road is for everyone, but it is also true that pedestrians can not walk in the street. Or not?
